Unable to satrt psa due to "psa dead but subsys locked" error !!! :(

To fix the issue perform the following steps:

~# /etc/init.d/psa status
psa dead but subsys locked

~# rm -f /var/lock/subsys/psa

Now start psa using below command:

~# /etc/init.d/psa start

Issue fixed :)
