Mail management settings are not available in Plesk.

You can enable the settings at:

1. Login to Plesk Panel.
2. Now navigate to Tools & Settings.
3. Go to the "Mail Server Management" link.
4. Now tick the option "Enable mail managemnet functions in panel."
