Starting psa... Unable to create 'dirty' flag.

Starting of psa Failing with below error:

# /etc/init.d/psa start

Starting psa... Unable to create 'dirty' flag (/usr/local/psa/tmp/components_dirty_flag): Permission denied
System error 13: Permission denied

Solution:

# chmod 777 /usr/local/psa/tmp
