Plesk FileManager fail with error:- Internal error: Unable to logon user (WIN-TQSW234RET\user): (1331) Logon failure: account currently disabled. (Error code 1)

Error received in Plesk Panel while navigating through:- 

Plesk Home > domain.tld >  Open in Control Panel > File Manager > Internal error: Unable to logon user (WIN-Z4werERT\user): (1331) Logon failure: account currently disabled. (Error code 1)

Resolution:-

Navigate yourself to Computer Management > 
Local Users and Groups > 
Users (There find the user "user" and then > 
open properties window for this user > 
General tab( here uncheck Account is disabled check-box) >
Ok.
